Which businesses is GrowFly for?

I'm not good with computers. Can I use it?
Yes. The menu holds only your work, the search box understands everyday words (no accents needed), and the home page shows what to do today. Screens speak the Vietnamese of shopkeepers; accounting screens use standard Vietnamese accounting terms.
What is GrowFly built on?
On ERPNext — an open-source ERP used in many countries. GrowFly keeps ERPNext's accounting, stock, buying and selling core, switches off modules small businesses don't need, re-translates it and adds what Vietnam needs: a till, VietQR, Viettel e-invoices, Viettel Post, household-business tax, the 34-province address map.
Do I need to install anything or buy a server?
No. GrowFly runs on our servers; you use it in the browser and the phone app. Data is backed up every night with an encrypted copy kept elsewhere, and the owner can download a backup from Settings.
My data is in KiotViet or MISA eShop. What then?
"Data migration" connects to your old account, reads and checks first, and posts into the books only when you agree. From other software, import from Excel.
Does it issue e-invoices?
Yes, through Viettel SInvoice. Every sale issues a cash-register invoice automatically and never twice; mistakes are fixed by replacement or adjustment under Decree 254/2026 and Circular 91/2026.
