Shopee and TikTok Shop orders in one shared list
Orders from both marketplaces come into GrowFly every few minutes, each one a Sales Order. Stock comes off when the parcel ships; an order with an unmatched SKU waits for a person. Try it below: 3 presses to unblock a stuck order.
Use the real GrowFly, right here
This is not a picture: you go into the software itself, on a sample shop with products, customers and orders. The try-it guide walks you through this line of work step by step.
On a phone, the GrowFly app opens in a new tab.
- A shared sample shop — don't enter real information.
- Data is refreshed every night at 3:00 (Vietnam time).
- Payments, shipments and e-invoices in the demo are simulated.
No tech skills needed
No more copying marketplace orders by hand
GrowFly does the daily repetition; people only handle the orders with a problem.
Orders arrive, no files to download
GrowFly fetches new Shopee and TikTok Shop orders every 5 minutes, and right away when the marketplace reports a change.
Only orders needing a person stand out
An order with an unmatched SKU is marked "Needs attention" with the reason. Match it, press "Process again", and the order moves on.
Match a SKU once and you're done
A marketplace SKU equal to an item code or barcode matches by itself. A different one: pick the product once, later orders follow.
Sell on marketplaces, keep stock and books right
Marketplace orders travel the same road as every other GrowFly order.
Two marketplaces, one list
Shopee and TikTok Shop orders share the "Marketplace orders" list: the marketplace status and GrowFly's processing status side by side.
Every marketplace order becomes a Sales Order
Each order gets a Sales Order in GrowFly, holding stock in the marketplace warehouse until it ships.
SKU matching by code
"Sync products" matches the SKUs on the marketplace to GrowFly products by item code or barcode.
Stock out when goods leave
When the marketplace order turns In transit, Delivered or Completed, a delivery note is made and stock comes off.
One customer per buyer
A returning buyer's order lands on the same customer. Marketplace customers get no Zalo messages from the shop.
Stock push, with a keep-back
Turn on "Push stock to the marketplace" and marketplace stock follows yours, less the "Keep back" you save for other channels.
The marketplace sells, GrowFly records
Marketplace orders, stock and customers live in the same system as the till and delivery orders.
Marketplace orders
One list for both marketplaces
Each row is one marketplace order: its code, its status on the marketplace, the GrowFly Sales Order made from it and what the buyer paid. The processing column tells you which went through and which wait for a person.
- Orders fetched every 5 minutes, and at once when the marketplace reports a change
- A stuck order says why, for example which SKU has no product yet

Marketplace stock
Out of stock here, out of stock there
Turn on "Push stock to the marketplace" in the connection: each matched SKU's stock is set from the marketplace warehouse, less what open orders hold and less the "Keep back".
- Off by default: turn it on once your SKUs are matched
- "Keep back" saves goods for the till or wholesale customers

- Accounting & reportsMarketplace sales go into the same books and sales reports as the till and delivery orders.
What to prepare (and what isn't there yet)
- Your business creates its own in-house app on each marketplace's developer site and pastes the keys into GrowFly. The "Marketplace Account" page guides you step by step.
- TikTok Shop lets only shops with an Account Manager create this kind of app.
- Shopee may grant it only to some shops (for example Mall or managed shops). Shopee's Partner Key expires after 180 days: create a new one and enter it before then.
- GrowFly matches SKUs to existing products; it does not create or publish products on the marketplaces.
- "Push stock to the marketplace" is off by default; turn it on once SKUs are matched.
- Not built yet: reconciling marketplace payouts and fees, and returns after goods have shipped. Keep following those on the marketplace.
How to connect a marketplace
- 1
Create the app on the marketplace
Follow the guide in "Marketplace Account", paste the keys, press "Connect to Shopee" or "Connect to TikTok Shop".
- 2
Sync products
SKUs equal to item codes or barcodes match by themselves; others you pick once.
- 3
Sell as usual
Orders arrive as Sales Orders; shipped goods come off stock by themselves.
Does GrowFly list products on the marketplaces?
No. "Sync products" only matches the SKUs already on the marketplace to products in GrowFly by item code or barcode. You keep creating and listing products on the marketplace as today.
How soon do new orders reach GrowFly?
GrowFly fetches orders every 5 minutes, and right away when the marketplace reports an order change.
When does stock come off?
When the marketplace order turns In transit, Delivered or Completed, GrowFly makes the delivery note and takes the stock out. Before that, the Sales Order only holds it.
Is marketplace stock updated automatically?
Yes, if you turn on "Push stock to the marketplace" (off by default). Marketplace stock follows yours, less the "Keep back" you set aside.
Are marketplace payouts and returns reconciled?
Not yet. Reconciling marketplace payouts, fees and returns after shipping isn't in GrowFly yet; keep following those on the marketplace.
Why does TikTok Shop need an Account Manager?
TikTok lets only shops with an Account Manager create an in-house app, which is the kind GrowFly connects through. Without one, TikTok Shop can't be connected yet.
