Field service
Dispatch installs and repairs — technicians see them in the app at once
For businesses that install air-cons, water filters and appliances at customers' homes. In-house delivery orders become work orders by themselves; the dispatcher plans on one board; technicians open the app and see the day's jobs. Try it below.
No tech skills needed
Technicians just press the blue button
At the customer's, a technician's job is one button that changes with each step. Orders, appointments and statuses are linked by the software.
Orders turn into jobs
An order whose delivery method is "In-house delivery" gets a work order the moment it's confirmed, with the customer, address and delivery date filled in.
One button per step
In the app the main button reads "Start travel", "Arrived", "Check-in", "Check-out", then "Complete appointment" — no procedure to memorise.
Open the app, see today
The "Schedule" tab lists appointments by day with the address, customer name and a call button. Alerts, performance, stock and payments sit in the tabs next to it.
Enough to run a technical team
Switch it on and the menu gains a "Service" area: work orders, appointments, dispatch, technicians, crews, technicians' materials, report.
Work orders
Each installation or repair is a work order: customer, address, work type, date.
Appointments
Each visit to a customer is an appointment with a start, an end and who does it.
Dispatch board
Technicians in rows, hours in columns. Pick the appointment, pick a slot on a technician's row, confirm.
Technicians and crews
Set up each technician and group them into crews for jobs that need several people.
Materials
Follow the materials technicians carry on the "Technicians' materials" page and the app's "Stock" tab.
An app for technicians
The /technician page in a phone browser, or technician mode right inside the GrowFly app.
From the order to the customer's door
Three parts that connect: the sale, the dispatch board, the technician's phone.
From the order
In-house delivery orders become work orders
Pick "In-house delivery" as the order's delivery method. When the order is confirmed, GrowFly creates and submits the work order; the "Order progress" box gains a "Technician job" line to follow it.
- Orders with a work order are invoiced from the field-service side — never twice

Which businesses is this for?
Businesses with a technical team that delivers and installs, maintains or repairs at customers' homes — air-cons, water filters, household appliances. Shops that only sell can leave it off.
What do technicians use to get their jobs?
The /technician page in their phone's browser, or technician mode in the GrowFly app with the Schedule · Alerts · Performance · Stock · Payments tabs.
Do orders create appointments by themselves?
An "In-house delivery" order creates and submits the work order with the customer, address and delivery date. The appointment time and technician are set by the dispatcher on the dispatch board.
How is an order with installation invoiced?
Orders with a work order are invoiced from the field-service side, from the technician's delivery notes. The sales side doesn't bill them again, so there are no double invoices.
Can I track the materials technicians carry?
Yes. The storekeeper uses the "Technicians' materials" page; technicians see theirs in the app's "Stock" tab.
