Purchasing
From purchase order to supplier balance, without typing anything twice
From a purchase order, "Create" makes the purchase receipt, then the purchase invoice — items, quantities and prices carry over. Receiving puts stock up at once; the invoice puts the supplier's balance on the books. Try it below.
Use the real GrowFly, right here
This is not a picture: you go into the software itself, on a sample shop with products, customers and orders. The try-it guide walks you through this line of work step by step.
On a phone, the GrowFly app opens in a new tab.
- A shared sample shop — don't enter real information.
- Data is refreshed every night at 3:00 (Vietnam time).
- Payments, shipments and e-invoices in the demo are simulated.
No tech skills needed
Buyer, storekeeper, accountant — one button each
Each document is made from the one before, so nobody copies the list of goods again.
"Create" instead of retyping
A confirmed purchase order has a "Create" button → "Purchase receipt" or "Purchase invoice". Items, quantities and prices are filled in.
Goods arrived? "Receive goods"
Home has a "Receive goods" button that opens a new purchase receipt — handy even when goods turn up without an order.
Low stock reminds you
Items running low or out show under "To do" on Home — no walking the shelves to find out what to order.
Everything daily buying needs
All in the menu's "Purchasing" area: Purchase orders, Purchase receipts, Purchase invoices, Suppliers.
Purchase orders
Order from a supplier with a required-by date and a receiving warehouse; the order shows how much has arrived and been invoiced.
Purchase receipts
Record what actually arrived; confirm it and stock goes up in that warehouse at once.
Purchase invoices
Record the supplier's invoice; the amount payable goes on the books at the same moment.
Suppliers
Your supplier list and what you owe each, right in the "Purchasing" area.
Accounts payable
A report of what you still owe each supplier, and for how long.
Purchase register
Purchase invoices with their tax, supplier by supplier.
Buying on a real working day
The software reminds you, documents chain together, the books fill themselves.
Home
Know what to restock before it runs out
"To do" gathers the items running low or out in your stores into one line, naming a few of them. When goods arrive, press "Receive goods" right on Home.
- The line disappears once stock is back up — nobody ticks it off
- "Create" also offers a new order and a new quotation

Who you owe, how much, how long
Each purchase invoice books the amount payable to the right supplier. "Accounts payable" splits it by age; "Purchase register" lists the invoices with their tax.
- Both reports live under "Reports & reconciliation"
- Pay suppliers with "Payments" in the "Finance" area; "Match payments" matches what you paid to invoices

When is supplier debt recorded?
When you submit the purchase invoice. A purchase receipt only adds goods to stock; the amount payable comes from the invoice.
Does the software order by itself when stock runs low?
No. GrowFly flags items running low or out under "To do" on Home; you decide who to order from and how much.
Can one purchase order be received in several deliveries?
Yes. Make a purchase receipt from the order for each delivery; the order shows what percentage has arrived.
Where do I see what I owe suppliers?
Under "Reports & reconciliation": "Accounts payable" shows what you owe each supplier and for how long; "Purchase register" lists purchase invoices with their tax.
