"Which customers owe us for more than 30 days?", "How much 500ml water is left in each warehouse?" — type it like a message, and the assistant runs the report and answers with figures.
Step-by-step connection guide
Go to Settings → "AI connection": copy the address, paste it into Claude, sign in to GrowFly and press Allow. Sample questions are on the page to try straight away.
Only what you're allowed to do
The assistant uses the account of whoever pressed Allow. Connect with a cashier's account and it can do only what a cashier can.

Find items and stock
Find products by name, code, barcode or serial number; ask for stock per warehouse.
Create customers
Read out a name, phone number and address — the assistant creates the customer with the address in the new administrative divisions.
Create and deliver orders
Create an order, take its goods out of stock, confirm delivery, invoice a delivery.
Run reports
Sales, debts, stock… the assistant runs the store's own reports and sums them up for you.
Quote and book shipments
Create shipments, get Viettel Post quotes, book the carrier, print labels, handle failed deliveries and returns.
Payment QR, COD reconciliation
Create a bank-transfer QR for an invoice; ask where the cash on delivery currently is.

No back door: the assistant goes through the user's own account and permissions.

The assistant works with your own account
To connect, you sign in to GrowFly and press Allow. From then on everything the assistant does is in your name, with exactly your permissions — no password handed to the AI.
- Actions that change data are marked apart from read-only ones
- GrowFly tells the AI to ask you first before submitting, cancelling or deleting documents
- Disconnect on the "AI connection" page and the app loses access at once

The assistant works on your business's own data
No copies, no separate figures for the AI.
- Accounting & reportsAnswers about sales, debts and profit come from the business's own reports and books.

What you need
- Your own Claude account (claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Claude Code). Claude is Anthropic's service, not part of GrowFly.
- Claude Team or Enterprise plans: an organization owner must first add the connector in the organization settings.
- The AI assistant is switched off on the demo store — connect it to your own store after signing up.
- The assistant can only do what the connected account may do. To limit it, connect with an account that has a narrower role.
- Answers are written by AI: for anything important, open the document in GrowFly and check.
Connect in three steps

Copy the connection address
Settings → "AI connection": copy your store's address.

Add it to Claude, press Allow
Paste the address into Claude or run the ready-made command in Claude Code, sign in to GrowFly and press Allow.

Ask and delegate
Switch GrowFly on in the chat and ask in plain words.
Can the assistant do things I'm not allowed to?
No. Every tool runs as the person who pressed Allow, with that account's permissions. What the account can't do, the assistant can't either.
Will it post entries or book carriers on its own?
Each tool is marked as read-only or as changing data, and GrowFly tells the AI to ask you first before submitting, cancelling or deleting documents. Still, read what the assistant proposes before you agree.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude work with other software. GrowFly has an MCP server with 39 tools, signed in with OAuth 2.1.
Where can I use it?
Claude on the web (claude.ai), the Claude Desktop app and Claude Code. The "AI connection" page has a guide for each.
Can I try it on the demo store?
The AI assistant is switched off on the demo store. Connect it to your own store after signing up.
Do I have to use AI?
No. The assistant is optional; everything still works at the till, on the computer and in the app.
